HTR High voltage thermal resistance soft starter
General
HTR Series High-Voltage thermal resistor soft starter is suitable for large-capacity high-voltage AC squirrel-cage asynchronous motors or high-voltage synchronous motors with asynchronous starting, used to reduce the starting voltage. The motor started with this device has characteristic that starting current is little and constant, torque gradually increase, and the process of starting has no current impact and mechanical shock, little impact on the electricity grid, and no electromagnetic interference. HTR is an ideal alternative of starting reactor and auto transformer starter products. Compared to the large capacity high-voltage frequency soft starter, it is also has advantages of simple operation, maintenance-free, non-harmonic pollution and others.
Technical features
1. constant current soft start: the starting current is 2.0~3.5 times of motor rated running current. It reduces motor starting heat and prolongs service life of motor significantly.
2. ensures successful first time start. The start will not be affected by power grid voltage fluctuation and load change.
3. smooth start and no impact to mechanical devices.
4. small effect to power grid. The power grid voltage drop is small during starting.
5. high power factor during start.
6. no harmonic pollution.
7. safe and reliable static resistance changing start.
8. simple operation and maintenance free.
Type Explanations
NORMAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Ambient temperature limit of not more than 50 degrees Celsius, the lower limit of not less than -5;
Relative humidity is not more than 85%; the height of the sea is not more than 2000M;
Shall be placed in the room without violent vibration and impact and the vertical gradient of no more than 5 degrees, there is no fire and explosion dangerous occasions;
Note:1) when the environment temperature is lower than 0 C for a long time, the heater should be added.
2) the power supply voltage level of special needs to be redesigned, the user should be explained when ordering.
