PetroChina Qingyang branch’s 3,000,000 tons per year oil refining reform project, is a petrochemical technical innovation project approved by central government in order to support the area.
The main fan motor and reserved fan motor are products of Nanyang anti-explosion motor company and Lanzhou fan company. Soft starter for motor is TCS3-18000 high voltage solid voltage reduction and compensation soft starter of Big Pawer. After technical communication with engineers of Qingyang petrochemical, design institution and other supplier, Big Pawer reaches an agreement about starting solution, switch mode and corresponding signal interlock details. After the project is running, two motors have been successfully started for over 20 times. The starting performance is good and steady. The starting result is praised by users and design institutions.
