Science and technology agency of Hubei province hosted “Big Pawer SFC (synchronous frequency converting soft starting device) technical achievement appraisal conference” in Wuhan. The certifying commission confirmed its independent intellectual property right, believed that it was initiative in China and advanced over the world, some of its parameters has reached advanced international standard. They suggested to further popularize its application.
